Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices for People, People Management, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across various industries, working with the leaders as well as their teams to increase performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapid transformation by focusing on designing, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has included planning for organizational and performance, employee engagement and changes management. She is of the opinion that learning is the primary aspect of the leadership process. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with evidence-based success. This experience helped create organizations that were characterized by creativity in learning as well as the ability to change. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer for Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several other non-profit organizations. One of them is the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its goal is to train women as leaders.
