Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across various industries, working with the leaders as well as their teams to increase performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapid transformation by focusing on designing, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has included planning for organizational and performance, employee engagement and changes management. She is of the opinion that learning is the primary aspect of the leadership process. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with evidence-based success. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer for Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several other non-profit organizations.
