Ashley Ortega is an actress from the Philippines. Ashley Ortega was born on the 26th of December, 1998 in San Fernando, La Union. Ashley Ortega has been a Filipino actor for many years. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. She is a lawyer admitted to state bar associations in New York, Connecticut and Connecticut. Asha is on the editorial board of Just Security as well as the Council of Foreign Relations.
